Aquino, Arroyo online fight through Twitter (Updated via Storify)
What a way to hear how two of the most powerful personality in the Philippines meddle with each other - through the popular social media platform - Twitter.
Dubbed as an 'online catfight', Aquino's staunch ally House Deputy Minority leader Milagros Magsaysay and President Noynoy Aquino's spokeperson Abigail Valte responded to each other's remarks defending their superiors.
Here's a snapshot of what happened with their online debate. Who says Twitter is boring?

Tweet of @Abi_Valte “Can’t be blaming others (for) your incompetence forever. Time to own up (to your) shortcomings. Act positively on (them), and move on,”

The Twitter war apparently erupted upon Gloria Arroyo's barrage of disappointment towards Pnoy's lack of competence leading to economic downturns. Speaking in public while suffering on a 'pinched nerve' and looking awkwardly funny with a neck brace on TV, Arroyo remarked how the current administration has failed to continue the momentum of her supposed economic gains left when she turned-over the government to her successor. The cold, stormy Friday turned out to be a heated avenue of verbal melee.
Tweet of @mitosmagsaysay: "They had one year to prepare , what happened? Pnoy didn't attend d Nat Disaster Council mtg again. Maybe, he just isn't interested ."

However, a sigh of relief was felt as soon as Abigail Valte remarked that it was just a casual discussion

The online catfight lasted for almost two hours, but it ended with a sweet tweet from both ladies.

Twitter will invade Iraq, Social Networking sites that are 'so yesterday'
Social Networking sites are getting popular nowadays. Twitter is making a wave. And other networking sites are falling.
Remember Friendster? It went on as the most popular SN sites in the early 2000s, then came MySpace which is currently undergoing management troubles. We came across Hi5 but it didn't work well.
We met Multiply, but not so long since we are captured by Facebook and now Twitter is going to dominate the SN arena.
BAGHDAD - The founder and chairman of micro-blogging service Twitter said during a visit to Baghdad on Wednesday that the US election had convinced him to try and get more people "tweeting" in Iraq.
Jack Dorsey, among nine executives on a US State Department organised trip, held discussions with local mobile telephone companies and said he is determined to ensure that Iraqis could use Twitter on their handsets.
"We definitely have an intention to get it going here," he said, sat alongside bosses from top US IT giants Google and YouTube.
"I spoke to my business development person last night and said 'can we work with these people?'. We intend to do it."
Twitter, which allows users to pepper their followers with messages of a maximum 140 characters, known as updates or "tweets", can be used on mobile phones or through the Internet. (AFP)
